Goal:

The defined need is an application that enables the creation of structured project concepts and generates basic management tools such as logical matrix, Gannt chart and summary reports. User data are collected and processed in a highly secure manner.

Scope of work:

The outcome is an MVP web app that solves a problem stated above

Tasks:

• business analysis covering functional and infrastructural needs
• design of the MVP
• implementation of the planned functionalities in the backend and frontend
• functional tests of the application.

The software is under continuous development, and it is planned, among other things, to introduce the possibility of a joint edition of a given project by several users.
