Goal:

Supporting the customer in software analysis, defining functional requirements and solutions as well as cooperation with subcontractors and external entities (integration with Kronik@ system)

Scope of work:

The outcome was to improve the smooth implementation of a multifaceted project combining IT with scientific and formal legal aspects.

Tasks:

• business analysis and preparation of detailed operational assumptions for the BINWIT platform
• analysis and design of system diagrams
• creation of solution prototypes, establishing the scheme (process) of working with the system
• preparation of data ontology collected in the project
  • development of complex JSON-ld definitions
  • Introduction and extension of definitions from schema.org
  • customisation of data in RDF and N-Triples format
• analysis related to the transition from WCAG 2.0 to WCAG 2.1
• consultancy services for realizing and implementing the information system within the task “Creation of an integrated platform for searching and sharing scientific resources BINWIT and migration to the KRONIK@ system.”
• support for the monitoring of the project implementation process, in particular for the monitoring and synchronization of the processes of digitalization of biological data and their processing with the construction of the digital access system
• risk monitoring
• security audit piloting
• supporting the staff recruitment process by assessing their qualifications
• consulting on clarifications, amendments, negotiations of technical and organisational changes in the project with the Financing Body, financial planning, monitoring of indicators, and timetable.
